An unfilled gap around a frame or conduit is a draught and moisture path, and it leaves the frame without the support it needs against movement and impact. SealForce expands to fill the cavity and bonds to timber, masonry, and most common building substrates as it cures, locking the frame or fitting in place and sealing out air and moisture in one application. It's rated B2 for fire performance, meaning it's self-extinguishing rather than continuing to burn once the ignition source is removed, and it contains no ozone-depleting components. Building and services contractors use it to fix and insulate door and window frames, seal gaps around electrical conduits and water pipes, and fill general voids in wall and ceiling cavities.
