Description

The PC50/60 Precast and Formwork Chair holds reinforcing steel 50mm or 60mm off the form face, depending on which side of the chair you set down. Each pack holds 100 chairs.

A precast chair sits on the formwork and carries the bar or mesh above it, so cover is fixed before the concrete goes in. Precast yards and formwork crews use the PC50/60 on thicker panels, slabs and beams that need mid-range cover. Trades also call them bar chairs, rebar chairs, reo chairs or formwork chairs.
