Project Planner Board Set gives the whole site a shared, week-by-week view of activities and constraints across a multi-week programme. A single planner board runs out of room fast on a longer programme, and tracking constraints alongside weekly activities on separate documents means nobody sees the full picture at a glance. This set combines one Activity Board, tracking tasks against constraints and a weekly score, with four Weekly Planner boards laid out Monday to Sunday. Made from durable ACM (aluminium composite panel), each board holds up to daily use in a site office or crew room. Each board in the set is sized at 2400mm x 1200mm. Site managers use it to keep the crew aligned on a rolling four-week programme without losing sight of what's constraining progress.
