First Aid Kit - Single Person 39 Piece

SKU: PM 400

$28.05 + GST

The PM 400 is a 39-piece first aid kit sized for one person. The soft canvas case measures 220 × 130 × 45mm and weighs 350g, so it fits in a ute glove box, a toolbox or a PPE bag without eating up space you need for tools.

Inside there's plasters, bandages, antiseptic wipes, wound dressings, swabs and a CPR mask. Enough to handle the cuts, scrapes, minor burns and bumps that come with a typical day on the tools. The zipped canvas case keeps everything together and stops the contents rattling around in a toolbox or under a seat.

Most buyers are sole traders running a van: sparkies, plumbers, gib stoppers, surveyors and asbestos assessors who need their own kit because no one else on a job is going to provide one. Fleet managers also order them in volume to put one in every service vehicle. Site managers buy them as glove-box backups alongside the wall-mounted kit at the site office.

This kit is sized for one person. For a crew of 20–30, the PM 432 hard case kit is the right size. For a workplace of up to 50 people, look at the Powerpac First Aid Kit (6162-FAKPC50). Refills like the Aero saline ampoule (SJ295A) sell separately so you can replenish individual items rather than replacing the whole kit when something runs out.

How to install

First Aid Kit - Single Person 39 Piece

  1. Open it up and check the 39 pieces are all there. Look at the saline and dressing expiry dates before you stash it.
  2. Pick a spot you can grab fast. Glove box, toolbox, PPE bag, behind the seat. Keep it out of direct sun if you can.
  3. Tell anyone else who uses your vehicle or gear where it lives.
  4. Diary a six-monthly check. Expiries, condition, anything missing.
  5. Restock straight after using anything. Don't wait until the next time you need it.
