Y Post Driver

Description

Y Post Driver is a handheld steel tool for driving Y posts into the ground without bending them or missing the strike. Swinging a hammer or mallet at a Y post risks a glancing blow that bends the post or drives it in at an angle, slowing down a fence line. This driver slides over the top of the post so every strike lands square, driving the post straight down with each blow. At 9kg, its weight does the work of driving the post rather than relying purely on swing speed, so posts go in with fewer, more controlled strikes. Site managers and civil contractors use it to install Steel Y Posts for silt fence, barrier mesh and temporary site fencing.
