Description

The BMP 6 screw pump is a versatile piece of equipment designed for renovation and waterproofing applications. This all-purpose pump excels at filling, injecting, or spraying a wide range of materials with grain sizes up to 2.0 mm. These include mineral grouts, bituminous waterproofing compounds, fine plasters and renders, joint mortars, paints, bituminous thick coatings, and epoxy mortars. It’s important to note that solvent-based products should only be used after consulting the manufacturer. For filling and injection tasks, the BMP 6 operates on standard electric power supplies of 230V or 110V. Spraying applications require an additional air compressor to provide atomizing air, with output ranging from 150 liters per minute (for fine products) to 400 liters per minute (for bituminous thick coatings). A variety of accessories are available to ensure compatibility with most crack injectors on the market. The pump generates material flow and pressure through a rotor-stator mechanism. Its output capacity is continuously adjustable from 0.5 to 14 liters per minute. Remote control cables are offered in various configurations for added convenience.
