Description

For applications requiring higher flow rates, the BMP 7 screw pump is an excellent choice. This versatile equipment is well-suited for processing mineral products with grain sizes up to 3.0 mm, including borehole suspensions, sealing slurries, fine plasters, grouting mortar, anchor mortar, thick coatings, and concrete replacement compounds. It is recommended to consult the manufacturer before using solvent-containing products. The pump operates on a standard electric power supply of 230 for filling and injection tasks. For spray applications, an additional air compressor is required, providing atomizing air output ranging from 150 liters (for fine products) to 500 liters (for thick coatings). A comprehensive range of accessories ensures compatibility with most packer systems for mineral products.

The pump generates material transport and pressure through a rotor-stator mechanism, offering a continuously adjustable output capacity between 2 and 20 liters per minute. Various versions of remote control cables are available for added convenience.
