Smart Block is a Steel Concrete Block Formwork system that can be deployed onsite or at a concrete yard to contain waste concrete & convert to a reusable product.
Due to the design of the interlocking system, there is multiple uses for these block forms to suit many applications.
You can place blocks at 90deg to form a corner, or even stagger these at form a sloped wall profile for retaining structures.
We offer a divider plate insert which enables you to convert a 1.2m x .6m x .6m block form to create a .6m x .6m x .6m block form.
There is a Swiftlift insert penetration in the form or we offer a magnet mount swiftlift & recess former system to make it easy & safe for creating & Handling the finished product.
There is a 17mm chamfer on both edges to give you a tidy finish across all edges.
SmartBlock turns leftover concrete into a reusable, modular building block instead of a disposal cost. Concrete left over from a pour usually just gets tipped, and building retaining walls or corner structures from scratch with new formwork every time is slow and expensive. This steel mould casts a 1200mm x 600mm x 600mm block, and its interlocking design lets blocks be placed at 90 degrees to form a corner or staggered to build a sloped retaining wall profile. A divider plate insert converts one 1.2m block into two 0.6m blocks when a smaller unit is needed. A Swiftlift insert or magnet-mount lifting system makes handling the finished block safe once it's cured. Built from 4mm steel with a 17mm chamfer on every edge for a tidy finish, each mould weighs 150kg and casts a 0.43m³ block. Sites and concrete yards use it to turn waste concrete into a reusable product rather than paying to dispose of it.
