The 6192-SFRS75 SmartForm Rail Spacer sets 75mm of cover between reinforcing steel and SmartForm sacrificial formwork. It is 760mm long.
SmartForm is Powerpac’s sacrificial formwork system, left in place after the pour. A rail spacer runs along the length of the form face, so cover stays consistent along the full 760mm instead of at single points. Trades also call it a rail chair, a continuous spacer or a cover rail.
Powerpac supplies the 6192-SFRS75 to NZ concrete contractors and builders using SmartForm who need 75mm cover. The 50mm version is the 6192-SFRS50.
