Concrete Spacer – Fast Clip – 50mm Cover – 150pk (6192-CSAK50) is a cement-based spacer that holds reinforcing steel 50mm from the formwork. Each pack holds 150 spacers.

The spacer is made from a mix of OPC, GBS, GGBS, fibres and additives. The manufacturer’s data sheet lists compressive strength not less than M60, water absorption under 5% and deflection under load under 1mm.

Chloride resistance is part of the same data sheet. It lists a very low rapid chloride penetration result and a chloride migration coefficient under 3.5×10-12 m2/s. Alkali silica reactivity is listed as harmless.

Reinforcing fixers and concreters use the Fast Clip spacer, also called a concrete spacer or cover block, to set 50mm cover on commercial, industrial and civil pours.
