Form-Tard PLUS 10lt

Description

Can be used in conjunction with RB 7.17 SURFACE RETARDER–PLUS to provide a consistent exposed aggregate surface to both the horizontal and vertical surfaces of concrete with strengths of 20 MPa and over.

Provides an economical surface prep to vertical ‘off the boxing’ concrete that will be overlaid with a plaster render.

Can be used to form a mechanical key to vertical construction joints eliminating the need for scabbling.

Aimilar toi Sika MH but has the advantage of being water based instead of solvent based. Results wise it is very similar to a solvent based retarder gives you a good straight line but it has significant environmental advantages. Also available in 20L pails where solvent based is limited to 10L. Designed for mechanical etch instead of architectural etch.
