SKU: 6190-VHA60
The Oli VHA60 is a high-frequency pneumatic immersion vibrator built for compacting concrete on lab tests through to heavy infrastructure pours. Poor compaction leaves air pockets and honeycombing in concrete, weak points that show up later as cracking or reduced strength. The VHA60 runs on compressed air rather than electricity, so it works inside wet concrete without overheating and keeps running through conditions that would stop an electric vibrator. Its 60mm steel head runs at 12,000 vibrations per minute with 9,321N of centrifugal force, fed through a 2-metre SBR rubber hose that's reinforced with internal textile and carries no moving parts, cutting vibration transfer to the operator's hands and arms. It needs 6 bar of working pressure and 900 litres per minute of air supply, and runs continuously rated for -10°C to 60°C. Concreters use it on heavier infrastructure pours where a larger head moves more concrete per pass.

About Oli HF Pneumatic Immersion Vibrator
It's used to compact concrete, running on compressed air rather than electricity, on projects from lab testing through to heavy infrastructure pours.
It has a 60mm steel head, running at 12,000 vibrations per minute.
No. It's a pneumatic vibrator that runs on compressed air, so it works without mains power and doesn't overheat inside wet concrete.
It needs 6 bar of working pressure and 900 litres per minute of air consumption.
It produces 9,321N of centrifugal force.
It's rated for continuous duty from -10°C to +60°C.
Its 60mm head is larger than the VHA40 and VHA50, moving more concrete per pass on heavier infrastructure pours.
