SKU: 6190-VHA40
The Oli VHA40 is a high-frequency pneumatic immersion vibrator built for compacting concrete from lab testing through to heavy infrastructure pours. Poor compaction leaves air pockets and honeycombing in concrete, weak points that show up later as cracking or reduced strength. The VHA40 runs on compressed air rather than electricity, so it works inside wet concrete without overheating and keeps running through conditions that would stop an electric vibrator. Its steel head is built into a 2-metre SBR rubber hose reinforced with internal textile and carrying no moving parts, cutting vibration transfer to the operator's hands and arms. It needs 6 bar of working pressure and runs continuously rated for -10°C to 60°C. Concreters use it on smaller-diameter reinforcing and confined pours, or any site where compressed air is available but mains power isn't.

About Oli HF Pneumatic Immersion Vibrator
It's used to compact concrete, running on compressed air rather than electricity, in confined sections and tighter rebar spacing through to general site pours.
No. It's a pneumatic vibrator that runs on compressed air, so it works without mains power and doesn't overheat inside wet concrete.
It needs 6 bar of working pressure to run.
It's rated for continuous duty from -10°C to +60°C.
It has a 2-metre SBR rubber hose, reinforced with internal textile, with no moving parts inside to reduce vibration transfer to the operator.
