Stripx Surface Cleaning Disc 178mm x 22mm – Black

Description

The Stripx Surface Cleaning Disc is a 178mm black disc with a 22mm bore and a weight of 0.24kg. It fits a 178mm angle grinder and cleans a surface as the disc turns.

A surface cleaning disc strips coatings and buildup from a surface without cutting into it the way a grinding disc does. Powerpac also stocks Stripx discs in 115mm and 125mm sizes in black, and a 178mm version in purple.

Powerpac has not published the surfaces this disc suits, the grit or the maximum speed on this SKU, and it does not state what the black colour means. Check the disc label and the grinder rating before you fit it. Tradespeople also call this product a strip disc or a paint stripping disc.
