THE FUTURE OF EXPANSION JOINT FILLER SOLUTIONS

FUTUREFLEX

WHAT IS
FUTUREFLEX?

FutureFlex is a self-wound adhesive backed joint filler made from physically cross-linked polyolefin foam. This low-cost, inert foam material is easy to use and doesn’t require any release paper. Its closed-cell structure makes it ideal for use as an expansion joint, providing superior resilience and chemical resistance.

Powerpac’s FutureFlex range of expansion foam comes with both adhesive and non-adhesive backing, and is available in roll form of 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm high.

COMPRESSIBLE & NON-ABSORBENT

FutureFlex’s compressibility enables it to absorb movement and stress, making it an ideal solution for expansion joint filling. Additionally, being non-absorbent means FutureFlex is resistant to moisture, preventing water damage and other related problems.

EASILY CUT TO REQUIRED SIZE

FutureFlex allows for fast and efficient installation, saving both time and labor costs. This also makes it ideal for projects with custom requirements, as it can be easily tailored to specific dimensions.

FUTUREPROOF - WON'T ROT

FutureFlex is an inert, closed-cell foam material that won’t rot, ensuring that your expansion joints remain protected for years to come. With FutureFlex, you can be confident that your investment in joint protection will last and continue to provide reliable performance.

RECOVERS AFTER COMPRESSION

FutureFlex’s closed-cell structure allows it to recover its shape and size after compression, making it an excellent choice for expansion joints that are subjected to compression forces. This feature ensures that FutureFlex maintains its effectiveness and durability over the long term.
