A facial recognition terminal is mounted at the turnstile entry point. When a worker approaches, the terminal captures their face using infrared and visible light cameras, compares it against the enrolled database, and unlocks the turnstile in under one second. The entire process is contactless. Workers don't need to carry cards or remember PINs.
